Located in a quiet area, this hotel offers nice natural light in the spacious rooms. the on-site restaurant serves delicious breakfast with local dishes and provides menus for the picky eaters. the parking is secure and there is plenty of space to park your car.
The staff may need improvement regarding guests' concerns about the restaurant.

Spent a fantastic New Year's Eve at a hotel that had plenty of safe parking. Our room was quiet and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a super clean room with a great mattress and a heater that kept us warm all night long. The staff was incredibly nice and even helped us with directions to nearby attractions. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine.
The hotel was a bit tricky to find, and some of the staff members could use more training on answering questions from guests. , we experienced a small issue with our TV not working properly, but the staff was quick to try and fix it.

My weekend stay at this hotel was very pleasant. the room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. the on-site restaurant served really good Mexican food that was true to its origins. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its natural lighting which is perfect for a good night's sleep. the parking lot was secure which provided peace of mind with my car being safe.
In terms of negative aspects, the TV in our room would only work on one channel which was a bit inconvenient. the location could be difficult to find without GPS or a map.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff members were helpful, especially the front desk lady with glasses and the maintenance guy who fixed the AC issue. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the convenient and secure parking at the rear of the hotel. The breakfast served was delicious and authentic Mexican. Xavier and his colleagues were professional and accommodating.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.
